Qatar and Egypt vow to broaden humanitarian and development initiatives
Qatar Charity and Egypt’s Misr El Kheir Foundation have renewed their framework agreement, initially signed in 2024, to continue and broaden joint humanitarian and development initiatives in Egypt.
The renewal follows successful outcomes from the
first year, which improved the living conditions of thousands of beneficiaries
across sectors including health, housing, and food. The partnership has also
extended support beyond Egypt, assisting people affected by the conflict in
Gaza as well as Sudanese and Yemeni refugees residing in the country.
