Qatar real estate value reaches $90 million in a week
The total value of real estate
transactions in Qatar reached QR293.6 million ($90 million) during the week of
August 10–14, according to the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration
Department.
Residential unit sales accounted for
QR32.4 million of the total. The traded properties included vacant plots,
houses, a residential building, a commercial building, and other residential
structures.
Most transactions were concentrated
in Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Shamal, Al Khor, and Al
Thakhira, along with key developments such as The Pearl Island, Lusail (Zone
69), and Al Kharayej.
