Qatar warns the world about danger of ‘Greater
Israel’ agenda
At an emergency Arab-Islamic summit
in Doha, Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani condemned Israel for
committing “crimes against humanity” and warned that its pursuit of a “Greater
Israel” agenda poses a grave threat to international peace.
Sheikh Tamim denounced Israel’s
recent attack on Qatar as a flagrant violation of sovereignty and regional
stability. He further accused Israel of genocide against Palestinians and obstructing
peace efforts by targeting Hamas leaders.
The summit was attended by regional
and international leaders, including Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif,
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip
Erdogan.

President Erdogan voiced solidarity with Qatar, describing Israel’s escalating aggression as a danger not only to the Middle East but to global security. He cautioned that Israel’s ongoing strikes on Gaza risk sparking wider instability and urged the summit to send a united and forceful message to Tel Aviv.
Sheikh Tamim also dismissed Israel’s
narrative surrounding the release of hostages, accusing it of spreading
falsehoods. He called on the international community to hold Israel accountable
for war crimes and to address its repeated violations of international law.
In their closing statements, leaders
at the summit reaffirmed their commitment to pursuing peace but warned that
Israel’s policies endanger regional stability. They urged the global community
to uphold Palestinian rights and take concrete steps to stop Israel’s
expansionist agenda.
