Katara Cultural Village recently hosted the launch of the Creative
Qatar Tourism book, authored by Mouza Abdulaziz al-Ishaq, to mark World Tourism

ambassadors, heads of diplomatic missions, media professionals, and tourism
sector enthusiasts.
The book serves as both a media and documentary resource, offering
a comprehensive look at the evolution of Qatar’s tourism sector. It is designed
to be a valuable reference for researchers, students, journalists, and anyone
interested in understanding the development of Qatari tourism through firsthand
experiences and direct engagement with key events and activities.
A deep dive into Qatar’s tourism evolution
The Creative Qatar Tourism book features 73 articles written by al-Ishaq between 2013 and 2024, providing an in-depth analysis of Qatar’s tourism sector and its transformation over the past decade. The book documents key achievements, such as innovations in green
tourism, digital transformation, and the success of women in the sector. It
also highlights major events like Expo 2023 Doha, along with numerous
