The agenda includes mechanisms to monitor the ceasefire, arrangements for the exchange of prisoners and detainees, and deliberations on unresolved issues. The process is being conducted in coordination with the United States and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

The Doha-hosted dialogue is the latest in Qatar’s ongoing diplomatic efforts to mediate conflicts and support peacebuilding initiatives across Africa and beyond.
